Attorney Search Consultants, LLC was founded by *Todd Wolfe in January, 1998 as a limited liability Company. Mr. Wolfe has more than 20 years experience in the executive search industry having served clients ranging from the Fortune 500 and The AM Law 100 to small and medium size companies and law firms nationally.

The firm was established to help corporate clients achieve their strategic human resource goals with respect to attorneys employed in legal functions and to help law firms with their lateral recruitment needs at the partner and associate levels. In addition, the firm helps attorney-candidates identify and achieve their personal career goals. The firm has developed a reputation in the legal community as a firm with high ethical standards, unyielding integrity and superior service.

The firm’s ultimate goal is to provide a quality of service to all of our clients that will ensure long lasting relationships by adding value to the search process. We do this in a number of ways. For our corporate and law firm clients we often help develop a target candidate profile, recruit top quality candidates that have not already been identified, screen candidates that we recommend for interviews and consult with our clients about the interviewing process itself. We then provide guidance in selecting the right candidate, devising the appropriate compensation package, delivery of the offer and finally reference checking.

For our attorney-candidates we use the knowledge of the marketplace and our extensive information base to guide their careers in the right direction. Whether they are looking for increased responsibility, a different job description, or a change from private practice to an in-house opportunity, we alert them to the benefits and more importantly the potential pitfalls of these types of career moves. Occasionally we guide attorneys to either quasi-legal positions or non-legal positions.
